make homemade organic butter

kiss my spatula: there's a lot of talk about whole/local/safe foods.  It's exciting that that's becoming a popular topic, right!  And more exciting is that it doesn't mean more expensive or more work.  Take this homemade organic butter, for example.  Pretty.  And pretty simple.  And cheap.  And I would guess that it tastes that much better than store bought.

Molly- A food processor may be my most used kitchen gadget! It would be Very worth it. (We have a mini cuisinart. That would be a good start. I actually got ours at Costco after our first one crashed.)

How is the book?

I don't have one either! I'm obviously not a chef...what else do you use yours for?

kiss my spatula is such a *delightful* blog! Such gorgeous photography and I love how the author pairs the recipes with music. Thanks for introducing it to me.

Yumm butter! I'll have to send this to my boyfriend so he can stop buying gobs of expensive butter and make his own portions!

But he doesn't have a processor either, but he was talking about getting one...so that is good :)
